There is constant quarrel among economists concerning what is better for Georgia the involvement in the international commerce, which comprises economical patency and accordingly the economy of the country is defined by the standards of the world economy, or closed economy. The economical patency is comprised by the variety of negative events. It causes the elevation of the country dependence on the operations of export and import, dependence on international financial sources, there occurs the limit of local production, increase of unemployment etc.

The only difference is that Chechen surnames are ending with Russian inflections – "ov" and "ev". And Kistinian surnames are altered in Georgian way and end in "shvili". Kistinians know Georgian language quite well. They speak Georgian with only some accent – harder and more abruptly.

In an antiquity it was considered, that the terrorism represents one of the methods of struggle between weak and strong. It is a method of “killing from ambush”. And, probably, this method has always existed. And hardly any region of the world can compete to the Near East according to the high degree of organization and scope of terrorism.
